On the 19th of August one thousand, eight hundred and eighty-eight, whereas the publications of the three banns of marriage has been made, between Bridget, daughter of John McCartin and Margaret Hughes on the first part and on the second part and whereas no impediment have been found, we the undersigned priest have received their mutual consent to marriage and have given them nuptial blessing in the presence of and Mary McCartin who with the contracting parties have signed with us.
